First Time anavar Cycle

Alright so i have 2500 mg anavar That I am going to use for a cycle. I want to put on a lean ten pounds and maybe drop 1-2% bodyfat.

Been lifting 5yrs
I play basketball and need a good strength increase and some added weight.
Unfortunately I eat like a horse (4500cals) but dont gain weight due to all the basketball so I need a little boost. A good diet outline would be helpful and I am not sure if I should take clomid or nolva for pct.

My cycle is looking like this
Week 1 - Var 50mg and Winny 30mg, Milk thistle 1g
Week 2-5 Var 60mg Milk thitsle 2g
Week 6 Var 40mg Milk thistle 1g
Week 7 Var 10mg in morning and begin PCT, milk thistle 1g

I workout 5 days a week with 4 weight days and 1 plyometric day.
Any input would be appreciated and people who have completed a var cycle please do weigh in.
 
Well, I don't think you need var at your weight. You need to increase your calories. If you are not gaining weight at all now, you're not going to gain weight in 7 weeks on var unless you up your calories- and if you do that I bet you can gain some weight natty.

Now first, post your EXACT diet here.

Second, If you do run the var, drop the winny. Don't run both, especially winny for only one week. That's just a waste.
And don't taper the var. Just run 50mg for 7 weeks, and PCT with Sustain Alpha and Unleashed for 4 weeks.
Use Creatine Mono throughout 5-10g pre-wo and 5-10g post-wo.
Run Liver support during and through PCT.
Also run cardio support throughout - var kills HDL cholesterol - mine will drop into the teens.

But again, I DON'T think you need to cycle. I think you need training and diet advice at your height, weight, and age.

currently my diet is like this
shake in morning
3eggs around 10
a grilled chicken sandwich/ big hamburger with diet coke and a protein bar for lunch
Muscle milk pre workout
100% ON whey post workout
Chicken breast or steak around 8 with some veggies
Protein shake before bed

I also see that you say to stick with natural pct is that just a preference or is it because anavar is not to harsh
 
yes i understand that the pumps can get intense which is why i would do this during off season where i don't have to compete and i can deal with the pumps.
I know my diet isnt great so some input there would be much appreciated.

I don't see near 4500 calories here. Actually, that is less than I eat for maintenance.

I think you need to head over to the diet section and get a good anabolic diet planned out.
 
If your really eating 4500 cals and not gainingit could possible be 4500 of crap. I know many guys that eat shit and will always be skinny. I would try and get as much protein In as possible with that 4500 cals. Def work on the diet try and consume around 40 grams of protein each meal. For example 3 eggs around 10 ain't gunna cut it. That's about half the protein u need for that meal. Work on tour diet and u will be amazed at your results. And when u do decide to cycle good luck .

So I've been looking in the diet section for hours now and damn there is a lot of options.
What do you guys think would be best for me based on my goals and stats.
What would work synergisticly with an anavar cycle.
