First cycle here it is, Give me suggestions all you guys that have helped me have been awesome ! thanks

The only workouts i dont have on there are the rehab sessions with my physical therapist so i guess u could consider that a workout three times a week, fucking life is pretty hectic right now.

Your cycle is not what needs work if you are trying to gain speed - speed you keep post cycle. Meaning you actually train to get faster. Lay out your training program - meaning what lifts you do.

An athlete does not need to train Biceps and Triceps. They need a Push Day and a Pull day. They need to do dynamic lifts like power cleans, back squats, etc. Every guy in my Oly gym can jump on the 48" box, including a 67yr old. Most of us are 105+ kilo guys, so we shouldn't be jumping high or running fast.

Most Div 1 strength coaches are going this route now. Oly lifts, Plyos, Kettlebell work, sprint work, that is all you need.

Week 1-8 Halfcc test enathate 300mg once a week
Week 6-8 25mg daily winstrol oral, (no Winstrol - stanozolol on days i shoot)
End of week 8-11 Nolvadex 30mg/20/10

Diet
Clean 140 grams protein a day
4-5k calories
Absolutely no garbage food
Liquid 120 ounces of water a day and 20 ounces Grape juice

Workout includes
Baseball games 3 days a week
Practice 2 days a week
Mon 3 miles mourning, Wed 5 miles mourning Fri 3 miles mourning
Tuesday Chest
Thursday Bis/tris
Sat Back/legs

for a first cycle I would stick to ONE compound.you will be amazed at how much you can grow and the strength you can get off of 250mgs of test enanthate a week.if you have any side effects you will also know what compound is causing it if you have rotator cuff problems then you sure as hell don't want to do winstrol,not unless you love extreme un needed pain.

stick with 250mgs of test ran for 10 to 12 weeks,that way your post cycle therapy will be a breeze and you can keep most if not all of your gains.for post cycle therapy I highly recommend dermacrine sustain ran for an entire month........imo on 250mgs of test that's all you'll need bro

Alot of people are pushing me away from winstrol for good reasons and thats why im here, to get opinions and revise my cycle. As of right now im gonna take the test 300mg once a week and a full cc of it and cut out the winstrol completely. The problem with squats and all that leg work is... im playing so much fucking baseball between practice and games i dont think i could handle any more leg workouts rather than just dedicating one day a week for it. As i get more replys and pms i am seriously reconsidering my PCT - post cycle therapy - because what alot of people are telling me is that nolvadex is not what i want. Im gonna stay with the milk thistle but any more information on PCT - post cycle therapy - helps. THANKS BOYS

BTW tentative schedule for sept is 30 games its mainly a spring sport but fall season is a big part of prep for the spring. (to answer an earlier question)
