First cycle here it is, Give me suggestions all you guys that have helped me have been awesome ! thanks

First time cycling
Havent benched in a while tore my rotator cuff two times and now that i tore my labrum i dont have any idea what ill be able to bench but i was 215 at max prior to my second surgery.
Week 1-8 Halfcc test enathate 300mg once a week
Week 6-8 25mg daily winstrol oral, (no winny on days i shoot)
End of week 8-11 Nolvadex 30mg/20/10
Week 8-11 milkthistle

Diet
Clean 140 grams protein a day
4-5k calories
Absolutely no garbage food
Liquid 120 ounces of water a day and 20 ounces Grape juice

Workout includes
Baseball games 3 days a week
Practice 2 days a week
Mon 3 miles mourning, Wed 5 miles mourning Fri 3 miles mourning
Tuesday Chest
Thursday Bis/tris
Sat Back/legs

Let me know what you think.

depends on your goals bro. are you trying to cut, trying to bulk or trying to heal.???

as far as the cycle i'd shoot 300mg per week. winstrol optional but could possibly dry out your joints and render you with another injury.

as far as diet, not enough protien bro. your at about half what you should be intaking. grape juice isn't bad but i'd drink it in the morning and ween off the sugars in the evening.


my advice. and im 18 percent also and have ran some cycles. fuck the juice, get the diet right, get the training right. get cut as fuck, then run some juice and look good.

currently my training looks like this


monday chest/back
tuesday side delts, rear delts, traps, bi's, tri's, forearms
wednesday legs
thursday chest/back
friday same as tuesday
sat legs

12 minutes of high intensity cardio post workout pre shake. i drink 1 glass of 100percent fruit juice with my shake to cause insulin spike. thats the only sugars i take in after noon.

diet looks like this

breakfast
10 eggs with 2 yolks, 1 packet oatmeal with frozen berries put on top after oatmeal cooks, 1 glass 100% OJ

meal 2
chicken breast, 1/2 serving 100% whole wheat durum pasta, 1 serving brussel sprouts

meal 3
same as meal 2

PWO
whey isolate 40g protein, 1 glass OJ

meal 4
same as meal 2 and 3

drink nothing else except water.

i am keeping my sets all at same weight instead of pyramiding, and trying to do weight that i can hit 3 sets of 10 reps at. it's working, i'm getting bigger, harder, losing fat and getting stronger. i was pyramiding and doing the ole fashioned, chest tri's day, back bi's day, shoulders and supposedly legs but always gets skipped. fuck that.
i also think front delts get enough work when doing chest if your training with flat, incline, incline flies, and 3 positions on the cables. so that'ss why i hit only side and rear delts on arm day. side and rear delts is gonna give a nice look. i also don't concern too much on arms anymore and it's letting me get back shoulders, traps and chest to gain much more. don't get me wrong i still train arms hard but if you get huge chest, back, and delts, who's fucking looking at your arms. big arms and unproportioned body looks fucking stupid imo also. just my opinion and it has evolved over the course of 4 years of lifting and 1 year of juicing to the gills and realizing that it's more training and diet than juice. juice just helps make it easy and quicker but you can get strong and look good without it. IMO
 
My goal is to get bigger and faster, im in baseball shape as we speak. If i can get any faster i will most likely get drafted. Ive did all the diet stuff i also wrestled 3 years of highschool. I want to cross the plateau and stay there this is why im going on juice, do u think i should cut the winstrol out or keep it in this cycle i also bulked prior to this and hit 190 and was pretty ripped. The surgery was not a repair just a debriment and had the recovery time of two months. Shouldnt affect me too much unless you guys advise otherwise. thanks for the info man
 
What about adding anavar or t-bol instead? I don't think they have the same effects on your joints. They're both pretty mild, and both give you quality/hard gains.
 
4-5k cals but only 140g of protein. At 140g that is only 560 cals. I would def get my diet in check before you start anything. At 4500 cals a day, that would only yield 12% of your total nutrients protein and the rest carbs and fat.

Also, How long has it been since you tore your labrum?

i agree, you say you did the diet stuff, well if your not doing it while juicing your spinning fucking wheels and wasting juice, juice is a throttle body fuel injection and protien is the gasoline, if you ain't getting the protien, then the juice is useless as a car outta gas
 
Been about 1.5 months so far and im pretty far ahead of schedule.
Planning on bulking first 6 weeks then cutting the cals down a little bit but keeping the protein high.
let me clarify some more here

Age =22
4-5k cals of meals(does not include shakes)
140 grams of protein just from shakes. I havent actually calculated out what my exact protein will be from my diet(meals) yet.
So the 140 number is just from shakes (38g protein from one shake)

Protein numbers will be clearly over 200+ a day with meals and shakes so if u still think thats not enough let me know

And the wintrol is what i can get my hands on immediately and i dont have to go looking for anything else or have anything shipped to my school. why i decided to go with that.
 
are you cutting or bulking or lean gaining?

anyways 4-5k is alot and excessive ..

a 200lbs person maintence kcal are at 3000-3200 ish so, your bf i can see will probally go higher
 
I would drop the wins.trol altogether if you are coming off shoulder problems.
The cycle that i am wrapping up now had 5 weeks of winn.y and i could feel a lot of dryness in my joints, especially my shoulders and wrists.

as far as your p'c't goes, I would drop the nol.va and incorporate clomid instead. I don't want to recommend something that i haven't done, but derma-sustain is getting rave reviews and will be used in conjunction with clomid for my upcoming p'c't. something to research and think about

i noticed in your training that you aren't doing anything directly for your shoulders. i would think that the best way to heal & repair a particular muscle group from an underlying injury would be direct resistance training (even if it is VERY light. similar to physical therapy...rubber bands & light DB's). if you can't even exercise you may be jumping the gun on juice. perhaps you should do some PT for your shoulders, resistance training for your other body parts at the same time and THEN maybe juice. isn't BB a spring sport anyway? just my 2C's
