first cycle delayed torn ACL- advice plz

I just got my anavar, pct and everything needed for the cycle and then i go and tear my ACL (or so the doctors think at this point). i may or may not have surgery due to some insurance issues. if i do have surgery should i wait until it is completely healed to start the cycle or would it be good to start towards the end of rehab to help the healing process? anyone have any experience with torn ligaments and anavar? if i dont have surgery would it be ok to start the cycle once i get my knee functional again? i can still lift upper body and should be able to do cardio in not too long if rehab goes well.

any advice or experience would be appreciated.

thanks

If its torn definitley not dude. Maybe run some GH during recovery, but stay away from gear. If they re-attach or graft a tendon it will take months of rehab.I speak with Kevin Randleman on a fairly regular basis and this dudes had a grocery list of surgeries and injuries. Mnay of which hes returned tio action too quick --- its will take 6-8 months for a grafted tendon to strengthen up on par with your leg muscles.

Diet, core excersises, upper body, cardio, stretching, leg rehab, and maybe a little GH.

The var will give you a false sense of confience --> youll get strong quickly and probably push it too hard.

Sorry to hear you have torn your ACL.

It is one of the nastiest injuries, and achilles rupture is a close second (which I have had).

A lot of people swear by Cissus quadralangaris for tendon recovery.

Steroids are not a good idea, they make the muscle grow, not the tendons.

The issue with this is that the tendons and ligaments often have to catch up with the strength increases in the muscles, even naturally, steroids will exaggerate this scenario.
