Fat man workout pain

HEY Guys week one over

had monday wesday and friday 30 min cardio
worked muscle groups but i am sore as hell ,the day after then 2 days later i couldnt move my arms , is this normal felt like everytime i forced them to move it burned .

i read on doms, what can i do to recover or to help recoperate faster
just started and dont know if its because i am starting or if i am hurting myself
 
first of all bro, the first week, you need to take it easy---very easy---only a couple sets for each exercise....the second week---up it twice as much....the third week---try to go hard.....YOU WILL BE VERY SORE>>>>>>It will help to ride bike after the workouts--especially after training legs.......PUT LOTS OF ICY HOT on your muscles to help keep them loose......Use a Heating pad.....take multivitamins (potassium) prevent cramping........

Bro, you aren't hurting yourself----YOUR MUSCLES ARENT READY OR USED TO THIS---you can't just get off the couch and start leg pressing 700 pounds......take it easy---If you have been off for at least 6 months and you just hit the GYM hard---YOU WILL BE UNBELIEVABLY SORE---FOR DAYS!!!!!

ya the soreness is residing ,and i only did a few sets , and have been useing a heating pad on the sore areas ,is the icyhot really that usefull and how often should i apply it ,
my first week what i did was did cardio 30 min first 3 days then rested for one ,and my work out i did 2 sets of 15 for the major areas ,
never realize how bad your out of shape untill u have to use them uhh
