ok, so im 18 about 6'1 or so and weigh about 165. I make frequent trips to the gym (about 4+ times a week) and am trying to eat right to get cut. I saw in some posts the peoples here say that cardio and a good diet are how to get cut.. "abs are made it the kitchen". Just curious on what one of these good diets consists of. I'm in college right now but this semester just has about 2 weeks left and I'll be heading home, and don't have superb cooking skills so mainly what i eat here is: special k cereal, fat free milk, bananas, tuna, pb&j sandwiches, turkey sandwiches... I'm mainly looking to lose fat around the pecs and abs area...(if it is possible to target fat loss). Any help would be appriciated. thanks
