fat loss diet protocall - please tell me what you think

stats -

~200 lbs @ 12-13% bf
5'10

cycle is

700mg sust/week
300mg deca/week

cutting up.


4 day diet cycle

days 1 -3 (with 60 mins cardio each day)

350g protein
240g carbs
70-80g fat (as low as i can go basically)

day 4 (to raise leptin levels and recharge metabolism/glycogen stores. no cardio)

350g protein
470ish grams carbs (no simple carbs, just slow ones)
80-90g fat (as low as possible)

all extra carbs are consumed in first 10 hours of day.

this seems to be working so far. i dont get on well on keto etc.

how does this look?

am i crazy?
 
you're using susta and decca to cut up bro?

I would dwitch it up with a short ester - test pro...take out the decca all together and add prima / masteron instead....if not, maybe some var

I see what your thinking in the diet, but if your going to do a carb up every 4th day, ( which is cool)

You might want to lower carbs a bit more on the other 3 days.

The way you have it now does not really tap into the power of the principles your trying to exercise.

Does that make sense?
 
carb loading doesnt work that way is what OMEGA is saying...lower the carbs a LOT and then bust out the carbs every 4th or 5th day
 
i agree with the guys, an every 4th day refeed will be much more beneficial with lower carbs on the other days.
