cycle is
700mg sust/week
300mg deca/week
cutting up.
4 day diet cycle
days 1 -3 (with 60 mins cardio each day)
350g protein
240g carbs
70-80g fat (as low as i can go basically)
day 4 (to raise leptin levels and recharge metabolism/glycogen stores. no cardio)
350g protein
470ish grams carbs (no simple carbs, just slow ones)
80-90g fat (as low as possible)
all extra carbs are consumed in first 10 hours of day.
this seems to be working so far. i dont get on well on keto etc.
how does this look?
am i crazy?
