Has anyone ever tried this place?

Exotic Meats USA ® ( or a site like this)

I've had buffalo and Elk meat and fell in love. So much better than beef.

And really enjoy Alligator tail, so guessing the other parts are just as good and better than pork or Big farm chicken.

Plus the Ostrich/Emu meat and eggs seem appealing.

With alligator its mostly the tail for food. Head and feet for souvenir shops. Skin for clothing and apparel. Its some good eating!!!

buffalo is great. tastes great and is much better for you than beef. i pretty much replaced my entire beef content with buffalo with the exception of the good ole beef burger.. although usually i use ground turkey for that.. or meat balls

Its hard to come by here in the U.S. Gotta go to specialty stores. Same up there?

not sure. all my food is organic/free range and the health food place i shop at always has it. never saw it elsewhere... although there is wild bison where i live, not sure if they are hunted or farmed bison actually. we do have sort of an exotic butcher shop but ive never really saw it elsewhere before
