Well to keep the sanity of our marriage together. trinity does her upperbody days on the days i do my lowerbody and vice versa. that way i get to help her without us killing each other.

My DE Upperbody.

Speed Bench - 180 x 10 sets of 3. then 270 for 1. and 280 for 1.

Decline Elbow out ext - 45's x 4 sets of 3.

Side db delt raises - 20's x 3 sets of 10.

db chest presses - 35lb x 2 sets of 20.


Trinity7 ( first time ever doing wsb - including box squats and deadlifts)

speed box squat - 50lbs x 10 sets of 2.

speed sumo dead - 65lbs x 4 sets of 1.

reverse hyper - 10lb (each leg) x 3 sets of 8.

overhead squats (bdwt) 1 set of 10.

yeah the rest time inbetween the speed squats and bench were not what they were supposed to be. it took a lot of time to show her good form, but she is doing a lot better by the end of the workout. im proud of her, very proud.

thanks..... i know that was mostly for her. you would have been proud of her too, she had to put up with trying something new, something difficult for her, and the worst of all, ME...... i tried not to be to bossy, but it happened anyway. im a horrible coach.

Nice work.. did you keep good form on the speed with the heavier stuff??? I find I slow down a little too much... Show her proper form the weight will come like an afterthought;)
 
yeah actually speed was good on both. it was a nice suprise. i was wondering what my max was the other day and i guessed about 275.......... so darn it i hate when im stronger than what i thought. i did lose ballance a little, it kinda rolled toward my neck and i had to jm press it back to where it was supposed to be and then press it, but it still felt easy. i didnt even bounce the bar off my chest, i lowered it to my shirt and reversed it.

form is hard even for me. i have no one to really show me except this websight, and she has me.

Just make sure that it feels natural and looks antural. Most likely if it looks wrong then it is
 
lol that reminds me of my girl...she wanted to learn to squat deep and couldn't care less about cardio...thats when I knew she was a keeper...

The interesting thing about WSB is that when you finally find what works for you...the workouts seem so easy yet you continue to get stronger without doing the BIG 3 lifts.
