Nurse are just fine and capable of taking a BP. If it is in a MDs office I am geussing it is not a nurse but a medical assistant. The systolic is fine the diastolic is high over 100.
A BP is not dangerously high until it is 200+/100+ both or one elevated. most MDs are more concerned with the bottom number. that is your pressure when the heart is relaxed.
You prolly have white coat syndrome which is where your pressure goes up when you go to the MD. Chec it again at walgreens or a pharmacy.
Yours isnt that bad so just relax a little and monitor it.
