Egg white or Powder

Optimum Nutrition makes a good line of powders...from basic natural whey to ProComplex to MRP mixes...egg, soy, casein based. They are all I use for prot powder. DPSnutrition.com has the best proces around.

another thing to consider is that whey protein digests very fast, making it ideal for PWO shakes, egg whites are slower digesting, making them ideal for a MRE shake.

I agree. The anabolic effects of protein powders do not last for very long so I prefer whole food during the day and powder post workout. Egg whites would be better than powder during the day IMO.
 
Egg whites are killer Expensive. I get almost all my protien from them protien shakes and dairy. Get creatine from supplement.
