EC STACK LOG: 5 on, 2 off
Days 1 - 7: 16mg E, 200mg C am : 16mg E , 200mg C pm or pre workout
depending on how I feel I may up the dosage the following week
Days 7 - 14: 16 or 24mg E, 200mg C am : 16/24mg E , 200mg C pm - maybe go 3x a day depending on feeling!
Days 14 - 31 : the same as 7 - 14
23 Years old

180lbs
14% body fat
Sample Training Schedule:
Monday - Crossfit
Tuesday- Crossfit, Soccer Game (competitive)
Wednesday-Cardio 5k run
Thursday - Crossfit, Soccer practice
Friday- Crossfit
Saturday - Soccer game
Sunday- depending on how I feel maybe cardio

I've been reading up on EC stack - theirs been alot of discussion on if you should just go all 7 days on instead of 5 days on and 2 off?
what should I do? 7 on ? or 5 days on and 2 off?
