Ok I have been on my bulking diet for 9 days now and I am starting to get sick from two of my foods, these are two that I didn't really like to begin with and are hard to just "chow" down because I have to eat alot of it. First is eggs, I was scrambling them the entire week but today I made an omlet and put a little american cheese in it which wasnt bad, so I think I fixed the problem of not being able to eat eggs. My second problem is tuna - I can't cancle out the taste of it. I like salmon but its alot more expensive than tuna, so instead I mix 1 can of tuna (2.5 servs) 1 can of salmon (1 servs) some mayo and some relish. I can't eat it anymore! The first day I ate it with 2 pieces of bread - fine. Now I can't even eat it with 4 pieces! What can I do? This meal is giving me 55g of protein so its a pretty big meal, is there anything I can replace it with? I was thinking just not eatting the tuna and just eatting 1 can of salmon plus some protein mix, but I much rather have food since I'm already drinking alot of mix. I also can't eat cottage cheese, so I can't replace it with that. Thanks
