Drinking water makes me hungry

Im on a cutter right now so calories are low, bit over 2000, something Ive noticed though is the more water I drink the hungrier i become even after eating a meal, has anyone experienced this before ? , the problem is i dont think im getting in enough water because of this and i know how important water intake is , thanks guys
 
eh water fills you up, if you get hungry then drink until you get uncomfortably full. the last thing you want to do when you get that feeling is eat :0

Doesnt seem to work drinking lots of water , I get that sick hungry feeling , It sounds weird I know
 
Im the oppisite. IF I am hungrey most likely I havent drank enough water. And If I have drank enough water I drink until I dont feel good and am about to puke... takes the hunger right outta me. Getting enough sleep? If I dont sleep enough hours my body will demand a ton of food to keep energy levels up.
 
try increasing your insoluble fiber content of your food intake: the fiber will aborb water enroute and fill you up... good for the...er. ummm.... good for your dumps.

So you'll have that goin' for ya. Which is nice.

Sleeping is a bit all over the place at the moment because of my job so yeah could have something to do with it , cheers mate

Yeah man I must admit my fibre intake is a little down due to not eating enough veggies , will have to try increase them and go from there , cheers for that.

You can also up your Fiber in a big way by tossing some All Bran BranBuds onto salads, veggies or eating them with your Shakes as cereal.. they are pretty caloricly dense, but the carbs are good and the fiber is through the roof: they add crunch, which rules as well.
