DO you think I need to add FLAX SEED OIL to my diet ??

my diet is like this :

meal 1 - 2 scoops whey protein + 1 glass orange juice

meal 2 - Myoplex plus deluxe

meal 3 - Brown rice ( not too much , a portion of the size of my clenched fist ) + 2 chicken breasts + vegetables

meal 4 -Myoplex plus deluxe

meal 5 - Brown rice or clean pasta ( same portion ) + lean read meat .

meal 6 - 3 scoops whey protein .


so , as you can see there are 2 myoplex plu deluxe shakes a day and each one contains 1 g of CLA . ( conjugated linoleic acid )


So , do you guys still think I need the flax seed oil ??? will it really help to burn the fat ??

Flax seeds are a laxative. Not sure if that's from the whole seed, or if it's a property of the oil as well.
 
I think you need some fat in your diet. That flax oil is a good way to add good fat to your diet, and get some extra calories for adding muscle.....
 
yah bro , I think I will get it ...a lot of people say that I need more fat in my diet ....

I should be doing a low fat diet , not a NO fat diet .....but ...paranoia is all over me ....lol

I would add 5-6 egg whites with a couple of yolks and some oat meal for breakfast. Add alittle flax oil to your protein shakes.
 
I've been taking Flaxseed oil for over a month now at 2 tbsp daily and I like the way it helps to clear my skin, also a good source of "good fat" so go for it
