Agreed! 80% of governments are unnecessary. Here's a quote from a politician: "Government exists to protect us from each other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to protect us from ourselves." gotta say I agree with this statement. Guess who I'm quoting?

How's training going, Donna.. I've just gone through the last few pages.. still looking good!!

I've stopped the 5x5, my legs just got out of control... I loved doing it, but my upper body just didn't keep up, and I started looking.. well.. seriously out of proportion..
I had crazy results on my legs, crazy, they just blew up, hulk style!! Ha ha ha

How are you continuing on? How's your diet going? and those abs?
