Diet question

O.K here's the thing, I am eating every 2 hours. I can only eat small amounts otherwise I get entirely too full to eat again when I'm supposed to, so I'll eat say:

8am: Nutra-Grain Bar, Protein Shake
10am: Cherry Yogurt
12pm: Healthy Choice Grilled Chix Parmigean
2pm:Cherry Yogurt, Protein Shake
4pm: 1 can Solid White Tuna, 1 slice American Cheeze,1 Large Plain Bagel
5pm: GYM, imediatly after, creatine drink=just some simple carbs+some cal's.
7pm: Large Garden Salad W/Large Chicken Boob (On Top)

Bed by 11pm, I dont want to eat any thing within that 4 hour period before bed. Totals = Cal=2285 Fat= 41 Carbs=257 Protein=177

I am trying to lose fat I have some stubborn belly fat and lovehandles that MUST Go. However I also want to get some great gains, But my appetite Sux. My Biggest thing is wanting to lose fat but not go Catabolic, on the contrary I want to have great gains.
P.S. Here is the cycle I will be starting next week God-Willing
100mg Test Prop EOD
500mgs Test E /wk
600mgs Deca /wk
50mgs Reforvit (Dbol) Oraly ED 6weeks

Any Suggestions???

what is your weight? and approximate bodyfat% ? cycle history?
it looks to me like you could realy lower your carbs a bit and up the fats some... also you need protein post workout... not just creatine/sugar...
 
I'm 214lbs about 18%bf This will be my 4th cycle Well 5th but I don't count the last one, Kinda went on a short unscheduled Vacat. Threw a Monkey wrench into my shit, but anyway. I do take in Protein Post Workout, Usually a shakke but today it was the Chix on the salad Prob 36grams Protein.
 
you need more protein.try getting in 300grams. raise the fats to about 70grams and cut the carbs to about 150grams. also I would lower the deca to 400mg/wk. is there any reason why you don"t inject the prop ed?
 
You will not get rid of belly fat or love handles doing that. You'll put on mass and gain water and fat.
I don't see where you're using anything to to handle fat gain, you're eating a lot of carbs, you're not using an AI.

A few humble suggestions... for breakfast, try to have egg whites + oatmeal or whole wheat bread... "Cereal bars" are usually loaded with empty calories. If you don't have time, a good shake will do. If you really want to reduce carbs, maybe have a shake with a banana.... your body is in catabolic state by the time you wake up, so you want to replenish it quickly.

Get rid of the yogurt - I found that when I stopped drinking milk with my shakes and eating most dairy, I slimmed down better. I usually try to have shakes as my snacks throughout the day, sometimes supplemented with some almonds or raw vegetables, etc.

As for your lunch, try to eat something a little more fresh / natural. Some chicken or turkey... this would be a good place to have your garden salad with chicken.

Dinners for me depend on whether I'm bulking or cutting... when I'm cutting, I'll have steamed vegetables & salad along with my chicken, fish, or turkey. If I'm bulking, I'll throw in some brown rice or sweet potato.

Finally, you should have a shake right before bed. Protein + water + flax or olive oil. As I said, your body goes catabolic while you sleep and you need to sustain your body's recovery activities.

I will have to say this shit really worked/Is working for me. I am not one to bullshit about what I think about supplements. It is well worth the money. I think Gluceroll works too good sometimes because if I take too much to rid myself of too many carbs I lose some energy. I am still in the trial and error phase to get the does right for me but I will give these two items a Thumbs up for sure
