DIET...Is this truly

I eat every two hours, cutting or bulking. Always clean.

Learn the difference between actual hunger (need for calories) and a craving. 99% of people here wouldn't know the difference if their life depended on it. If you are in a caloric surplus diet and get a craving an hour after you eat, that does not mean that you should snack on something - the next meal is only an hour away, and your body is still digesting your previous meal.

Snacking between meals will increase total calories consumed and will turn a planned, clean bulk into something very sloppy. Of course, the majority of fat-asses here don't know what a "clean bulk" is.

ohhh..many would disagree

the letting yourself be hungry is you ARE eating clean.....but bulking......I'm not seeing anything wrong with grabbing a piece of fruit, peanuts, etc....jsut to hold yourself over...granted, I don't eat fruit, but you get my point............

GI index DOES maen squat. Fat and protein will help lower the GI value of a meal though, yes. I'm trying a different approach to bulking this year, not mixing fats and carbs really. Not that doing so is bad in in the right ratios, just trying something different.
