DIET...Is this truly

the most overloozed puzzle to this game? Bulking or cutting? I mean the GI idex means SQUAT, unless you are eating carb only meals (which one should never do, save post-workout....)......eating every 2-3 hours is probably the best advice one can give.......and including protein in every meal......here's my question.....when bulking, say you are hungry 1 hour after your last meal, do you hold off, or snack? If you snack, do you eat you next scheduled meal at the same time? This is one aspect that I never grasped....I always held off and starved! lol

An analogy:

The human body is a car. Adding AAS is like upgrading from a chevy to a BMW. Adding proper diet is like going from regular unleaded gas and dirty oil/lube to premium gas and high quality oil/lube. Adding proper training is like going from stop-and-go city driving to highway driving. Getting bloods done is like getting regular maintenance from your mechanic. The athlete needs all of the components working properly "for an efficient, smooth, and safe ride."

i like that is good shit k for ya

I think this is an excellent analogy. Now lets take it a step further with the whole concept of nutritionally poor cheat meals. Would it be harmful to fill up your car with a tank full of poor fuel to "shock" the car - NO! Yet everyone feels they are necessary simply to justify eating garbage.

Eat and eat, they say back in the day people wood smoke some weed just to get hungry again to eat more. I think diet is very, very overlooked !!!
I mean just look, I have seen many pics of guys on hear and I must say more should hang out on the diet & training boards. The diet and training boards here are very slow I wish members would travel down and do a little class participation.

I agree 100%, that's why I posted this here.....so these lazy bas-tards (lol), would reply...so let's not get off topic. How do you guys eat? Frequency? Bulking, but clean!!!!!!!!! I'm afraid if I'm hungry and I snack that I wont be hungry for my next meal......with me?

I am evaluating my diet now. If I need or get hungry I think I will do this :
Add milk with ANPB (on wheat/grain bread if u like) or switch all together and eat some cottage cheese. They are both kinda light and could swerve your cravings. If its a bulk diet the milk will get the calories in quick and are very easily digested. You could always have some hard boiled eggs on stand by which are great.
