Hi guys hope someone can help me out, im going to be doing a test cycle in the next month or so and what im worried about is gaining too much fat while on cycle. ive been bulking naturally the past month and half and have gained about a stone but quite a bit of it is fat, the diet i have been following while bulking is below.

Thats basically it,its round about 3200calories. i no it doesnt look alot but i gain weight very easy and was wondering should i cut my carbs down to say 150g per day and up my protein to get the calories up? Can anyone tell me if they have had problems with fat gain on test cycle and how they worked round it with there diet as i really dont want to gain anymore fat now. I want to be eating between 3000 to 4000 calories on cycle dont i? oh and also just to let you no my stats are.
