hey this is my first actual post, but anyway. Lately I 've been trying a CKD type diet it has worked great. (lost about 10 lbs) But I seem to have hit a plateau, and after easter everything got all screwed up. anyway, I'm actually getting tired of eating all the meat and stuff and was wondering what the best way to start incorporating carbs back in would be.
thanks in advance

Adding them slow is the best way, check out lodid's thread, he came off a CKD and has been having great results while adding carbs back in.

Start with like a small bowl of Oats each morning, about 30g carb, and add 10g more each week from there. I added them back more quickly and was fine, so it depends on the individual and how long you have been eating no carbs.

ive reintroduced carbs in my diet after 4 months on SKD
i have oats in the morning then apple or flax bread and my pw shake. not bad. still losing :)
