**diet for next cycle**

hows my diet for my next cycle
25y/o
5'7"
202lb

Cycle:
Week 1-10: Andropen 275: 550mg ew
Week1-4: D-bol: 50mg ed

Breakfast:
2 cups milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
Morn. Snack:
2 protein bars
Lunch:
6oz. chicken
2 slices ww bread
1 scoop whey with 1 cup milk
PWO:
2 scoops whey with 2 cups milk
1/2 cup rice
Dinner:
2 slices ww bread
4 slices deli turkey
2 slices provolone cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
Bed:
2 cups milk
2 scoops whey with 2 cups milk
1/2 cup rice

Roughly 4000 calories, 450g carbs, 400g protein, 75g fat
Should this be good???
 
1st meal (bfast) add in eggs
get a ton more protein in for 'dinner' meal
skip the rice before bed.
is that really 400 grams of protein?? keep protein powder out as much as you can. Where meat can be eaten, have that instead. It's better to have 'solid' proteins than whey. remember whey is a supplement.
 
yea skip rice before bed at that time your body has no need for the carbs, just store them as fat and if you have no cabs before bed you will awaken more hungry then if you did. if you can try to have rice or pasta at lunch 100g ish if you cannot then just stick to bread but try 4 slices as not a great deal of carbs in just 2. Also the fat and carbs in the milk pw will slow down digestion of the whey and at this time like in the morning the faster the better, try some glucose powder (very cheap) in pw shake or gaterade? we dont get this in the uk but i know its high in sugar. and maybe meal 1 have whey and some eggs. im about same hight and weight as you maby i over eat but i try about 4500 kcals min. food is different all the time lol. try mixig it up tho
