Wanna gain size but stay relatively lean at same time.
MEAL 1-
1 CUP OATS, 5 E/WHITES + 1 YOLK IN 300MLS SKIM MILK. TEA

MEAL 2-
1 CAN TUNA 40 GMS BROWN RICE

MEAL3-
CHICKEN BREAST IN WHOLEMEAL BREAD

MEAL 4-
1 CAN TUNA 40 GRMS BROWN RICE.

MEAL 5-
CHICKEN BREAST, VEG, SWEET POTS

MEAL 6-
5 EGGWHITES +1 YOLK IN 300MLS SKIM MILK.

ALSO HAVE 2 PROTEIN SHAKES IN BETWEEN FOT EXTRA PROT.

GONNA GET SOME FLAX SEED OIL AND CELLTECH.

I'd like to know the same thing:
Do you actually mix milk with eggs? and drink it?

I'll echo BigAndy69; cell-tech is not really a good idea, it's just not ideal for the amount you pay for it, and, as a matter of fact, the ingredients are not your "ideal" cutting tools.

You need to add flaxseed: 1 tbsp 3 times a day. Also, I would recomend cutting out a little carbs or moving them all up to meal 4 (meal 4 being the last carb meal), and the later meals containing no carbs.
