An aquaintance of mine through a friend ate nothing but baby food and supps (Whey, macros, etc) during a pre-contest cycle. He got the BB competition bug, but got nervous and bowed out at the last minute. But he had such low bf he couldn't walk because the soles of his feet were skin and muscle.
How many of you ever heard of eating baby food for pre-contest dieting? I'm sure it's nutritious, but how so for an adult on aas? Why would it cause him to get so ripped?
