Diet breakdown. input welcome detailed
I know you guys like the whole story so I will make it short. I don't post often because I usually find my answers by searching.
Been training a little over 10 yrs. Mostly powerlifting with very little cardio. Usually take 2 weeks a year off. Other than that I hit it 5 days a week on a normal schedule varing my routine. The past 4 buddies I started training have moved into Bodybuilding doing shows and now they all give me crap for never trying it. So you guessed it I guess I will try it once to see what I can look like.
Usual Diet: around 4,000 calories, 350 carbs, 350 protein, 50g fat
Stats:
Weight 196lbs
Height 5'9"
Age 29
B.F. 14%
That should put me around 165-170 LBS. LEAN!
I have about 14 weeks to prepare. I am going to try to stay around 100 carbs a day and have 1 high day around 300 carbs.
Current Diet I am starting.
Breakfast:6:30 am
12 ounces F.Free Cottage cheese or 8 eggwhites and some F.Free cheese
Tablespoon F.Free yogart
2-Tablespoons Powerbutter
Water
9:30 Snack
1 Apple medium sized
3.5 ounces Beef Jerky
Water
12:30 Lunch
Large salad no dressing w/sunflowerseeds
12 ounces Chicken breast
Water
4:30
12 ounces F.Free Cottage cheese
Tablespoon F.Free yogart
2-Tablespoons Powerbutter
Water
5:00-6:15 Lift
6:15-??? Some cardio
Post workout:
2 cups F.Free milk
2 scoops protein
8:00 Supper
12 ounces Fish or Chicken
Plenty of Green veggies
As for supplements I am dry for over a year now. I will probobly join the darkside again soon though. With the usual Test and Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - cycle. Maybe testosterone propionate so I don't hold a ton of water.
Any input will be appreciated since I am in uncharted territory with this Diet. Thanks
