did i ruin my hgh?

so quick story before i tell you what happened. I ordered a few kits of HGH, was really excited about it and ran bloods and it was on point. fast forward a few weeks and my boyfriend took the same hgh and is having zero benefits, so he got his done and no change in his bloods like it is bunk. the only things that happened to the HGH are 1. I froze them (mistake?) and 2. my bac water is expired. would either of those things ruin my hgh?
