I love the look of bodybuilders that have a well developed inner chest. As far as me, I have a gaping hole in my inner chest. I want to have a chest where it is divided only by a straight fine line, no thicker than an 1/8th of an inch or 1cm.
I tried doing bench presses (incline,decline,horizontal) with a close/narrow grip for 1 year, but I didn't see any major results. I still have a chest with a wide margin in the middle.
What do you recommend for a well developed inner chest?
