I have been training for 3 months now.Gains are ok.I want an aesthetic type of build cus I don't have the frame to pack on BIG mass.Sorry to make u see my sick physique, but I need advise and u guys have been there before me.I'll be very grateful for any advise. Thanks!

bro, i have been in your shoes. you seem young, so use that to your advantage. your gonna have to eat, eat and eat some more. make sure your training 4-5 days/week and do cardio 3xweek for 20-30 minutes. if you do this and eat like a fuckin animal you will see great results. you have a good base to start from, so start eating, training, and sleeping right and you should be set. good luck!

never quit......bodybuilding is a hospital in itself for sinners of the slack off from fitness world......keep going

Don't loose sight of your goals-----remember Rome wasn't built in a day!!!!RADAR

Shit man, don't be so hard on yourself. I was 6'1" 120 lbs in high school. And I was also very unhappy with my body.

I know you've heard it before... but you just gotta stick to eat. And don't make the mistake I did... EAT!! You've got to get the calories in there. When I was younger, I didn't realize just how important that was.

You'll be okay. You've gotta kick ass in the gym, and EAT, damnit. The only thing that will change you is your effort and determination.
