Hey dude I was wondering something. You know how you said that you wanted to be a world record breaker well I think you are. I was looking around in the APA world records and for your age 14 i believe which is the 13-15 age division and 132lb weight class. the world record total is 640lbs. I think you said you totaled around 855 one time right. It's too bad your in NY and I don't think they have APA lifting up there. but if you ever decide to come down to FL you better come around a meet time so you can WHOOOOP that record

holy shit!!!! i wanna go compte in one now, and cut weight to make it... that shit is easy to break.. my best meet total is 755. my best gym lifts raw total is about 800 (give or take 5 lbs).... i wanna get my self some gear and get some records!

and im in NJ.. thanks for the site.. it made my day
 
turns out the NJ state record i was going for is actually higher then the APA-WPO world record .lol. .. but i still want tha world record.. even thought i doubt i'll be coming to florida while im a 132 lber.. maybe i'll go for the 165 record, cause thats only 60-70lbs ahead of me, while the 148 is over 200 lbs ahead of me i think
 
Hey you see you can break world records too you just gotta look for them the good thing is your younger than most of us( i know i'm only 17 but stil) it's like the younger you are and more serious about it the better chance you have of getting a record. You might wanna go ahead and look into NJ(sorry about NY thing) meets and see the FED's you have in NJ what are the world records for those FED's and just compete in one and own a record. I stil don't know if I have a record or not I can't find anything.
 
about the weight thing

A wise man(BOB) once told me heavy people lift heavy weights. So if you have a chance of breaking a record in 148 go for it if you can stil do it in 165 then put on weight, get stronger and whooop that one.
 
records will fall! eventually a majority of this board will hold some type of record.. so... unofficially, i hold the world record APA total for 13-15 years old in the 132 class (and with no gear cept a belt!), i also hold the Squat and deadlift record in the APA in the same class

in the NJ states for my age and weight, i hold the bench, and deadlift and total unofficially, and with a good squat suit i could reach the squat too.(once again, i dont have anything, i have to borrow my friends belt lol)

too bad im growing and cant keep my weight down.
 
well right now UNOFFICIALLY you have quite a few records and just think the smarter you train the older you get the more weight you put on the stronger you get. so go out there and get some more records.

Dude I know as of now u don't train westside but I wish my bro would quit worryin about fuckin gettin cut now and just get strong. First i was worried about the way he was trainin now he wants to look good in a bathin suit. Although I don't get it he's all fucked up in the head we ate pizza tonight for dinner I ate 5 slices I forced myself after 3 to overcome this shit i have(sinus) and he had 6 like it wasn't shit. And then he wants too look good for spring and the summer. Sup with that.
 
i want to be cut for the summer too (i might be doing some roofing jobs over the summer, so that will get me cut, and probably help me with some strength (carrying shingles up and down the ladders) . Anyway, your brother downed 6 slices of pizza.. thats not that bad, i've eaten a pie w/ half an order of cheesie bread before.. yum. You can still be cut, and lift a house... Since im blessed with a fast metabolism, i can get away with eating junk and not gaining weight, but if i start to eat clean, i wont lose strength really, and i'll become leaner.

im starting westside training in 7 days.. i m excited. one quick question on westside... about how close should your box squat be to your normal squat? just wondering..

also, i tried your shake, its pretty good, i just didnt have vanilla ice cream, so i put in cookie dough , with extra cookie dough peices in it. One of the few good protein/ meal replacement shakes i've had;..
 
well about cutting way to go if you can do it and stil get stronger than go for it. I believe THE MANN has this gift too he can be cut and stil strong as hell. about the box squats i believe the rule is like bench in the same plane. and about the shake i'll try your idea with cookie dough, glad you liked it I know personally i've tried those GNC weight gainers and I have to force myself to drink them. When this is about the same cal intake and tastes ALOT better.
