case in point: everyone thinks fish is good for you
two years ago a woman who ate fish esp fresh tuna and swordfish went to see her doctor because she was exhibiting syptoms that she thought all the omega3's were supposed to prevent, bad skin and her hair was falling out

turns out she was consuming over 12 portions of fresh fish a week and had for several months turns out she had mercury poisoning

I would agree with this. Tuna tend be be very old when they get caught. having many years of injesting pollutants. then processed and put into cans where they sit on the shelf for X months/years.

if possible, buy fresh fish. Im lucky enough to live on the west coast. not only are the stores packed with fresh seafoods, but many of my friends are fishing guides. Fresh salmon has to be one of the best foods out there.

as far as nutrient content... how is salmon vs tuna vs other seafoods (prawns, crab etc)?

that is why I have such a nice silver glow!

I eat tuna everyday, oops, this is good to know!

everyone needs to vary their diet here it seems.

eat more eggs and lean meats (chicken, steak, turkey).

I HATE tuna, i don't eat that anymore and when i did... it was 3 cans / week...max.
