i just reactly started getting into deadlift again and its one of my weaker lifts out of the big 3..bench,squat, deadlift.. most people i know can deadlift more then they can squat and im the oppostite i actually squate 70 pounds more then i deadlift... squats is my best workout and when i started deadlift i figured it would be a good workout for me to...my grip is weak once i get around 400 lbs on deadlift my grip gives out plus ontop of that i just dont feel as solid on my deadlift as squat and bench.. i know how to fix my grip problem but that still doesnt help my form
i have read some aritcals about deadlifting but im a visual guy and it would help if i seen a short video so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of a good video showing the form or technique of the sumo style deadlift im really looking for strength they have a local deadlift comp early next year and im wanting to enter it
