So my deads had staled for a while and I dropped them and started doing only SLDL's for about a month.
Today I went there and set a 20lbs PR, and then added another 20lbs and set another PR. So 40lbs total.
The old guys there (he's a PT) that had said my deads weren't perfect the last time he had seen me, stood there and watched me pull the new weight and said my form was perfect.
Not gonna say my numbers yet, but when I hit 5plates i'll put up a video for everyone (which might take some time).
