DE Lower

i did a new routine today for de lower and man, did those pull thrus kick my butt. my lower back and hams are so tight now.

Box squat(aprox 60% 180lbs) 10 sets of 2
pull thrus (70lb) 8 sets of 12(i love these!!)
pull down abs (130lb) 7 sets of 8
lying leg raises 4 sets of 8
rev hypers 4 sets of 8

all in all had a great workout. first time i've actually used pull thrus in a workout and i loved em.
 
Lookin' good.:) I love pull-throughs as well. They have helped a lot with my deadlift and squats.


I can't believe you guys area all back in the gym already. Hardcore, guys!! I'll be back in Monday. Might need some light support on my knees, though.:(

I plan to go for 525 in 4-6 weeks. I'll definately post that up.:) I'll go for that the week after I get 600 from the knees.:D


All of you guys and gals that were at Bluegrass are so hardcore to be back already. Makes me want to get back that much worse. Inspirational, guys.

thanks guys...yea joker...it killed me waiting all week..i did a light de upper on wed and ill do a me lower and events on sun. but looks like ill have to do farmers,tire flip and sled drag b/c i cant make it to clints this weekend. feels wierd...seems like his driveway has been my home for like the last million sundays. i have one more wk workin out b4 my max week. i cant wait i'm so anxious to see if what my maxes on box squat, deads, and bench are.

ya right about that. time to really gain some strength. i have a long way to go before my next comp. i'm so psyched. i cant wait.

thanks b...atleast someone will get to use it sun;) o well i get to play with my tire for the first time. think its right at 600lbs but to me i thought it felt simialar in weight to your 675lb one. ill find out sunday.:D
 
If my knee feels better...I hope to give 700-800 a run on it Sunday. I also hope to load that 310 stone on the big platform too...
