Cardio
45 mins elliptical, higher resistance this am. Took awhile to get my heart rate up. Managed to get it up too 172 bpm.

6 min abs
One set of one high rep each
Leg press
Calf raise
leg extention
Leg curl

Warming up for leg day.
 
Just pushed out another 30mins of cardio. Near tbe end I toyed with the idea to just keep going.

Lunch was 'keto tacos'

Cauliflour tortillas
100gm lean steak
Spices.

Now a nap before some leg work.

Squats 300lb, dead lift 280lb, 125lb one legged squats, 300lb calf raises

Plus my 297lb body weight B-)

Less gassy then the past few days. May have been me gulping water.

Also no heartburn to speak of today.

your endurance will only continue to grow as you are continually increasing your vo2 max with gw allowing you to have more endurance which will allow you to take your workouts to a higher level... the results will continue to show...
