Exercise notes
Today was day 1 of cycle. Felt like the test subject could go on forever. My lab rat kept his heart rate up with by doing group sets. I.e. bent over rows set, then a curl set.

One possible side effect was apparent. My lab rat put his work out shirt on inside out. I will monitor this to see is it becomes a problem. :p

what is your exact cylce for how many weeks? how is your pct lined up bro?

back with eca week 7-9

Day 2,

Woke up natty before my 4am alarm by 30 mins. Decided to go the gym earlier.

1st work today ( should get 3 more in )

40mins elliptical ( doubled up from 20 )

Felt great, around the 20min mark my mind wanted to give up. But i wasnt tired.

Felt like my quads were numb-ish, as in no lactic burn.

Around 30min mark I went from feeling heated, to almost a slight chill. ( probably due to being a sweaty basturd )

Kept heart rate at 165

Followed by 6 min abs

And 2 sets of front and side dumbbell raises. ( shoulder day today... Later on )

I got a second work out in

25 mins elliptical hr 165 bpm

And 3 sets of light shrugs ( 90lbs )

Felt winded... Could be from the eca wearing off, or not have eaten. Went home, had a steak salad ( 5oz tenderized hip steak, 1/4 head of ice burg lettuce, 2gm red onion, 1 tbsp kraft greek feta dressing.

Gonna try and grab a quick nap. Will take another eca before i shower and head back to work / gym. I start at 1500ish. Should get to the gym by 1230.

This shift is only 2.5 hours ish. Taking a few boiled eggs with me for after work and a pre workout snack.

Planning on cardio this evening.
 
Research mouse noticed,

Increased size in the shoulders post weight work out.

Was given 25mg s4, 20 mins before work out.

No sides.

GW with eca provides excellent mood. Prehaps a little too good. Slightly alpha male / minor assertiveness.

Must be careful. When the test subject is as large as it is, assertion can be taken as aggression.

Yeah, Im thinking the long warm up this am was due to more cardio than usaul yesterday. I just need to keep focused

Exercise notes
Today, kept pairing weight sets. I.e. tricep, then when supposed to be cooling down, I would hop into a chest set. Intensity driven. When feeling winded, started getting an evil smile, as in I was enjoying the punishment.

Now when I do tricep pull downs or over head extensions, I keep pulling out wards on the rope. I find it is harder, and less cheating.

Test animal seemed to have gotten a minor heart burn today. The animal has had some heartburn in the past. Possible from the Ostarine. Will moniter or just keep some antacids on hand.
 
I have now made a decision today, than when I get my BF down to an acceptable % I will run some test cycles. ( for research purposes )
 
Day 4

60gm lean steak.

Body feel sore and stiff. All parts. Slept well. The chest area from yesterdays workout looks.... ' lifted / higher '. Noticing general difference in upper torso.

Weight in 4 days is down 5lbs. I could say that it is water loss, but I am drinking about double what I used to drink. Urinating 5-6 times a day. On that note urine color is deep yellow, probably due to the vitamin d i take in the am.

8am here. Time to go the gym. Back and bi's day. I will be doing drop sets. It should be leg day. But I will save that for tomorrow as it is my 'friday' tomorrow.
 
Day 4 update. Felt a little bit more minor heartburn during work out. It has cleared up near the end.

More gassey.... Burping between sets.

Gave the test animal a 50mg dose of s4 this am. Due to only being able hit the gym once today.

Despite the body being stiff and sore this am, the warm up took 5mins to get into a 'woken up ' state.

Cardio 45mins heart rate was 163-166 entire time. lower than usual during cardio. Once again felt as if could go on forever. ( also watching pumping iron )

Work out intensity was out of site today. Kept doing super sets with my drop sets today. Stopped caught my breath and pushed out another 5 reps of whatever I was doing.

Water consumption and sweating was of the charts. Although the cooldown was also shorter.

Test animal is looking pumped in target areas. Upon the squeez test muscles feel harder.

Weights on bicep reps were increased 5lbs on some and 10lbs on others from earlier this week.

Weights on lats were also increased by 10-20lbs on all sets.
 
Also another note.

Post work out meal is 1/2 a sliced chicken breast tossed with 1 tsp kraft greek and feta dressing and 50gm brocoli... Tased good.... My body just does not want to swallow it.

Either due to keto / eca / trip stack.... Or all of it.

Tried a new 'myguver ' row today.

Weights on the barbell on one end. 2 medium cable straps in front of the weights, and a securing clip.
 
make sure you are giving the test animal SPLIT doses of s4... do not give them all at once... they need to be split 4-6 hours... 5 lbs. in 4 days is quite a bit bro... keep at it... it is only going to get better...

your endurance will only continue to grow as you are continually increasing your vo2 max with gw allowing you to have more endurance which will allow you to take your workouts to a higher level... the results will continue to show...

Had a great cardio session this AM. According to the machine my HR did not go above 163bpm.... I think it was malfunctioning. Near the end of the cardio, it just stopped like I wasn't holding the sensors. Probably due to excess moisture on my palms.

No gas, no heartburn to speak of this am.

Shoulders feel like they were really worked. I notice a curve on the backs of both sides of my shoulders that I haven't notice before. :)

Personal notes. It was a day off from work today, yet I went in to work out. I also was 'with' my wife last night. It felt different. More carnal, raw, aggressive than usual. Also we both noticed that I must be losing BF during our session. ( deeper, biggier, different positions etc... )

Within the people I work with there are 3-4 fitness buff's in the gym's daily. When I was racking up the 370lb ( 45 x4, 35x4 + barbell ) they started to hassle me, " you cant do that... you wont have proper form " .... I showed them. did 10 reps first go, proper form, then asked them to try it. They couldn't. :)

Day 8,

Was kinda crunched for time this am, due to starting work on the other side of the city. Only got 1/2 hour of cardio in.

Felt... To short.

Came back after a quick 3 hour shift. Went straight to the weights. ( after 6 min abs )

After an hour of a quick paced back and bi's work out, I got tuckered out. So I stopped and went and ate a meal. Went back in for another 1/2 hour to finish off my sets.

Another 1/2 hour weights.

Muscles feel bigger, stronger, fuller and harder. Bicep curl weight I could not do a week ago I can do this week.

Clothing is not fitting, getting too loose. The scale is not dropping all the much.

Day 9, back and bi's day.

Back in april, I tried to bench 210lbs and hurt myself. I had no spotter and had to roll it off of me.

May 3rd ,
I managed to do one rep of 210lbs, then powered out. ( i had a spotter )

May 9th, today
I got 5 reps of 210lbs no spotter.

My test animal is responding well to the stack.

Took it easy on the weights today. Lower back was hurting for some reason.

Dinner will be a chicken breast and.... I don't know yet.

I think I got over worried about a keto plateau. I weighed my self last night and was 297lbs, and weighed my self this morning and was 294.3lbs....
 
Day 11,

Lower back is feeling about 75% better. Upper back... (lats) stiff and sore... Majority of upper torso feeling stiff. Took some anti-flams I had left over from earlier back issues ( naproxin ).

Also the past 3 days feeling more drowsy, lathargic, sleepy. Was getting 9 hours sleep on day 9 and 10. Last night I got 11 solid hours in. I am putting this down to body is changing and adapting to work outs. I am not waking up with a racing heart or having trouble getting out of bed. I believe those are sign of fatigue.

Back and bi's today.

Note, could be the anti-flams or just moving... Upper torso feels normal.
 
What can I say. No kids, down to earth misses.... Sometimes my job will only give me 9 hours between shifts. I'll take the z's when I can.
 
Yea kids def put a damper on sleep. Plus I work 5 12s so I only get to catch up on sleep for 2 days the rest of the week I sleep between 4-5 hours a night.

Right now I'm doing strict standing military presses and boy they are intense. Those are really great to really spark some new growth in your shoulders.

Woke up with a sore lower back again... 2 naproxen cleared that up.

Chest and tri day.

I did a full exhuast on the bench this am. It felt different... Like when I was exhausted, I could squeeze out a few more reps by pushing myself really hard. And on that note... I couldnt even do 1 rep of dumbbell press at 35lbs... My max is 90lbs for the db press... On my lunch ill go grt those reps out.



Test animal had a weird tingling / pumping / pins and needles in right calf after chest work out.... Yes i said calf
 
also try single arm and alternate arm standing presses... it gets even more intense... standing barbell press as well... always mix them up and continuously shock your body and you will see a lot more growth there...

Once again, I have had a schedule change... I do not have the time I once had. I am still tryin to increase weight and reps.

Notes... Lower back still sore. I can and have pushed through the minor pain. If it was major, I would not be able to stand.

Since I have changed up the diet I have lost another 5 lbs. Currently 291 lbs. Going strong!
 
BTW ....eggs.... OMG eggs.... I make the best scrambled eggs. The secret is not to add any cream or pepper, and cook it like a custard.

one of my go to meals is 10 egg whites... i add protein powder to it and cook it... then i melt peanut butter over the top... give it a try... =) wheytobuildmuscle peanut butter crunch or ice cream sandwich cooked in the egg whites is excellent...

Had a rough morning on the cardio.....Had to push myself really hard. I think I am now building a tolerance to the eca. I shall start running tests with Albuterol on my research animal. I am looking forward to this.

dose albuterol at 12 mg day the first 2 weeks and then bump it to 15 mg for a week and then 18 mg... split into 3 doses split 4 hours apart... you will notice it that way... albuterol compliments sarms extremely well...

you are sweating more because albuterol is increasing your body temperate.What were your expecting to see so fast? that is a good sign its legit.how are you breaking the dosage up ? you should be spacing you dosage of albuterol out throughout the day, the half life is very short, atleast 3x per day and i would go a bit higher then 6mg.

I have heard something about ketotifen / benadryl with albuterol..... Any help on this?

just don't exceed 4 weeks of continuous use and you won't need any keto or benadryl with it...

The keto is better for clearing receptors. Albuterol is a beta ii adrenergenic.
