Day 1 of Sarms Triple stack

Yeah, Im thinking the long warm up this am was due to more cardio than usaul yesterday. I just need to keep focused

Exercise notes
Today, kept pairing weight sets. I.e. tricep, then when supposed to be cooling down, I would hop into a chest set. Intensity driven. When feeling winded, started getting an evil smile, as in I was enjoying the punishment.

Now when I do tricep pull downs or over head extensions, I keep pulling out wards on the rope. I find it is harder, and less cheating.

Test animal seemed to have gotten a minor heart burn today. The animal has had some heartburn in the past. Possible from the Ostarine. Will moniter or just keep some antacids on hand.
 
I have now made a decision today, than when I get my BF down to an acceptable % I will run some test cycles. ( for research purposes )
 
Day 4

60gm lean steak.

Body feel sore and stiff. All parts. Slept well. The chest area from yesterdays workout looks.... ' lifted / higher '. Noticing general difference in upper torso.

Weight in 4 days is down 5lbs. I could say that it is water loss, but I am drinking about double what I used to drink. Urinating 5-6 times a day. On that note urine color is deep yellow, probably due to the vitamin d i take in the am.

8am here. Time to go the gym. Back and bi's day. I will be doing drop sets. It should be leg day. But I will save that for tomorrow as it is my 'friday' tomorrow.
 
Day 4 update. Felt a little bit more minor heartburn during work out. It has cleared up near the end.

More gassey.... Burping between sets.

Gave the test animal a 50mg dose of s4 this am. Due to only being able hit the gym once today.

Despite the body being stiff and sore this am, the warm up took 5mins to get into a 'woken up ' state.

Cardio 45mins heart rate was 163-166 entire time. lower than usual during cardio. Once again felt as if could go on forever. ( also watching pumping iron )

Work out intensity was out of site today. Kept doing super sets with my drop sets today. Stopped caught my breath and pushed out another 5 reps of whatever I was doing.

Water consumption and sweating was of the charts. Although the cooldown was also shorter.

Test animal is looking pumped in target areas. Upon the squeez test muscles feel harder.

Weights on bicep reps were increased 5lbs on some and 10lbs on others from earlier this week.

Weights on lats were also increased by 10-20lbs on all sets.
 
Also another note.

Post work out meal is 1/2 a sliced chicken breast tossed with 1 tsp kraft greek and feta dressing and 50gm brocoli... Tased good.... My body just does not want to swallow it.

Either due to keto / eca / trip stack.... Or all of it.

Exercise notes
Tried a new 'myguver ' row today.

Weights on the barbell on one end. 2 medium cable straps in front of the weights, and a securing clip.
 
make sure you are giving the test animal SPLIT doses of s4... do not give them all at once... they need to be split 4-6 hours... 5 lbs. in 4 days is quite a bit bro... keep at it... it is only going to get better...
