hello guys i need some serious help and advice.... i have done about 4 cycles.
im 29 yrs old
height 5.8 and a half
weight 195 lbs
18% body fat
training 5 yrs
my last cycle i really messed up bad,, i was on deca and dianabol 4 about 20 weeks (i know soooooo STUPID way 2 loooong)... i started pct very very late (STUPID AGAIN) my supplier ran out of stock, and pct didnt really help me recover proply as i started pct way 2 late therefore i think i have developed slight GYNO!!! I have also put on alot of bodyfat round my tummy n waste... i need a solid cycle that will make me burn fat off lose the gyno and gain lean hard muscle mass, i also want maintainable muscles after cycle ... i need 2 burn alot of fat guys and most importantly get rid of this gyno.. plz giv me a good cycle and pct thanks. im after a 10 week cycle
i know diet is most important, and im dieting right know....
i have a cycle plan but not sure if its a good one, it goes like this
wk 1-10 test prop 100mgs EOD
wk 1-10 EQ 400 mgs a week
wk 5-10 anavar 50mgs ED or maybe Turinabol for a little mass
wk 1-10 adex .5mg if needed
wk 11-15 nolva 40/40/40/20/10
also have letro,,, not sure wen to use it though?????
to burn more fat im thinking of adding some t3 and clen to the cycle, but not sure when 2 add these 2 compounds.
any advice would be much appreciated,
I also have some tren enath and winstrol... can i add them in??? if so what dosages n for how long????
and what about d-boll for weeks 1-4 as a booster is it a good idea??
would letro reverse gyno???
