cuttiny cycle diet --mr x can you critique please?

i have decided after much debate to cut my bulker short---for a variety of reasons, the most important being that my available diet will be much greater in a couple months and im going to wait until then to do my all out bulk..

so here is my proposed cutting diet:

meal one- 2 cups oatmeal,1 cup water,50mgs whey protein mixed in

meal two- 6. oz steak and rice

meal three- 2 servings of optimum nutrition protein mixed with water

meal four (pre training meal) peanutbutter snadwhich

meal five- 20 grams dextrose, 2 serings O.N. protein, 10grams glutamine

meal six (post training meal) - 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of white rice, 2 cups steamed brocilli.


meal seven- 5 oz chicken breasts

meal eight- 1 serving egg protein before bed


so basically i guess just tell me what you think?
too many carbs? not enough?

the juice is going to be all at avg dosages--even though its going to be my diet and cardio that make this not the juice--:

cardio:
session one:
30 minutes fast paced walking on the treadmill

session two:
30minutes on stair master


ive put on about 20 lbs. im now at about 218 and i wanna go no lower then 215 but really drop the bodyfat... is this too high of a goal?
 
remind me? didn't we go and set up a diet for you just 2 weeks ago?

yeah but it was a lean bulking diet...

this is not convient for me as i would like to stay with the lean bulk... but i really didnt gain too much fat, but gained a lot of size, so i think with the right diet, i can succesfully make the cycle a lean bulk or the first 6 weeks then the last 6 ..shredd it up hardcore

monday will be the start of week 6
 
Sorry to jump in on your thread, but I wish my Metabolism was high enough to eat all of that food. I would be 300 lbs
 
Keep me posted x man. Im gonna start cutting here in about a month, and to be honest... I've never had to before. My metabolism is crazy high.

But now that Im a little older, I dont have my 6-pack anymore.. more like a light 4-pack heh. And its been a bitch to try and shed that lower ab, and love handle area for me even tho I am right at 10% bodyfat right now. So Im going to take this as serious as I can and stay on a strict diet to try and get back down to around 6% where I was in college.

I've never had to diet like this, and threads like this do nothing but help me get ideas. So let me know how it goes bud, cause im gonna be about a month behind ya :qt:

How short are you cutting your bulking diet/cycle? I'd like to see you finish out at least 10 weeks on the run.
 
ive had the bulking diet for the past 6 weeks or so everything has stayed pretty lean...minus those love handles and the side oblqiues... the 6 pack is there no question...but i really wanna shredd up.... bring the fat % down to like 7 while staying at around 215....currently im guessing its about 10%

i almost look at this like i gained 15 lbs and stayed pretty lean and now i really wanna see how shredded i can get... when i gained the 15lbs off dbol-deca-test e-h i gained alotta size but was rather bloated, so i knew there was no point in trying to turn it into a cutter at the end

im just getting picky here. my stomach still looks better then 96% of the population out there, but im starting to try and think like a body builder ad start picking out my weak points...

i.e. side obliques
getting a bigger neck


little things that i see in myself....all my friends think im huge for only being 21...but thats not good enough for me. i do it for myself and my view of perfection

u gain then cut then gain then cut.. you know the whole cycle... i feel fat right now and after 4 weeks of dieting ill feel skinyy..but ill have spider veins in my chest lol

I hear ya bro. My friends all think im huge... but its because all of my friends are lazy slackasses who havent lifted any kind of weight in the last decade, lol. Im 6'2", 215 and right around 10%. I lift for myself cause it makes me feel so much better overall.

I have about a months worth of gear left and Im going to switch to cutting as soon as Im out. And all I really need to hit are... like you, my side obliques and my lower abs.

I have Clen, T-Rex, CardioBreeze, Sesapure, Glucorell, L-taurine all on hand... just need to figure out what kind of changes to my diet I am going to make when my gear runs out and then see just how shredded I can get my damn abs.
