i have decided after much debate to cut my bulker short---for a variety of reasons, the most important being that my available diet will be much greater in a couple months and im going to wait until then to do my all out bulk..
so here is my proposed cutting diet:
meal one- 2 cups oatmeal,1 cup water,50mgs whey protein mixed in
meal two- 6. oz steak and rice
meal three- 2 servings of optimum nutrition protein mixed with water
meal four (pre training meal) peanutbutter snadwhich
meal five- 20 grams dextrose, 2 serings O.N. protein, 10grams glutamine
meal six (post training meal) - 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of white rice, 2 cups steamed brocilli.
meal seven- 5 oz chicken breasts
meal eight- 1 serving egg protein before bed
so basically i guess just tell me what you think?
too many carbs? not enough?
the juice is going to be all at avg dosages--even though its going to be my diet and cardio that make this not the juice--:

30minutes on stair master
ive put on about 20 lbs. im now at about 218 and i wanna go no lower then 215 but really drop the bodyfat... is this too high of a goal?
