cutting diet

i was going to do a bulking diet but things changed and now i am going to start to cut a few weeks early. i think everyone before said i wasnt eating enough for a bulker so maybe i dont have to change much and stick with what i am doing now ha

Add the G-covery in the Post workout shake along with your NitroTech shake
and add another serving of PureMCC
Please blend it or dry shake, add liquid and shake again

Hmmmm.... best of luck to you. I bet if you tried you could replace that last bit of real food with some other powder or capsule.

i bought it for a bulk but i decided to change my mind and now i have a 10lbs tub of it. i have ON protein i can use but if i use that instead of nlarge i will lose about 400 cals.
 
You could always have your ON and then add some good source of carbs, oats or something and drop the N-Large in the morning?
 
Nlarge has much too much sugar to take it anytime except postworkout in my opinion....that shit will just sit in your stomach! And your original diet had no carbs postworkout....great way to lose serious strength/size
