always done bulkers and never cutter because really never had to.on a bulker right now and about to switch my diet up and need some help. i am 197 lbs and i am not holding alot of fat but tryin to get shredded. what changes in diet should i do? should i still eat 6 meals a day and just cut back on the amount i am eating? can somebody give me example diet please. right now my diet consists of oatmeal,beans tuna ,raw eggs,london broil,yougurt and protien shakes.
