been using crumcakes high protein mod fat and carbs only post workout and its not as bad as i thought. i thought i would be starving since i dont have any carbs but the fats and the lettuce(alot of lettuce) actually make it bearable. heres what im eating on workout days(monday-friday)
meal 1: 3 scoops whey, 1 tbsp flax oil/sunflower oil (omegas 3 & 6)
10am
meal 2: 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 2 cups of lettuce
12pm
workout at 1230
meal 3 (post workout): 1 cup steel cut oats in water(mcanns), 2 scoops of whey
2pm
meal 4: 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 2 cups lettuce
4pm
meal 5: 3 scoops whey, 1 tbsp flax/sunflower oil
6pm
meal 6: 2 cans of tuna in water( drained then rinsed for about 3 minutes to wash off excess sodium) 2 cups lettuce, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8pm
meal 7: 6oz grilled chicken
10pm(sleep around 12am)
each serving of whey has 120 cals, 3 carbs, 24 protein so for those 3 scoops of whey meals, thats 72 grams of protein, thats ALOT OF PROTEIN. im getting about 440 grams of protein. im also on tren e/test e on my second week, im throwing in winny depot at 50mg ED injections, i will be using winny for the last 8 weeks (weeks 5-12). test is going to be ran until 12th week and tren e will be ran for 10 weeks total. my goal is to get down to 5%, im at 9% now. cardio is done about 5 times a week( either 20 minutes HIIT, or 45 minutes at 4.0-4.4 mph on the treadmill). my workouts are intense and i give 100% every workout.
has anyone tried the crumcake diet and had good results? i hear alot of people quitting. they couldnt take the 56 straight days of no cheating and whatnot.
