gonna put my workout schedule up: keepin it simple
monday chest 5 exercises
tri's 4 exercises

tuesday back 5 exercises
bi's 3 exercises

thursday shoulders 5 exercises
tri's 4 exercises

friday legs 5 exercises
bi's 3 exercises

every exercise has 4 sets like this 12-6-8-10

and abs always on training days. and i bicycle every day for 40 km

what do you guys think about this? to much, need there be something different?

this question would be better off in the training board..

anyway what are you trying to achieve with this routine,eg cut bulk, maintain?

bulk mainly, i'm a light person with a really hig metabolism, and my fat is already low( under 10%). i'm going into a test/eq cycle.
so bulk is the main thing

You probaly want to only do cardio 3 time a week with medium intensity.
are you planing on hitting bi's hard twice a week or are you doing a light day and heavy day. why are you training bi's twice a week?
everything else looks good.

I don't think that one nights is adequate time to give your bis and tris for rest... 3, preferably 4, is optimal..... I would run it how you have it, minues the second bi and tri day... You will see better results that way, you would be overtraining by only giving your bis and tris one days rest....

YUM

If your bi's and Tri's need that much. Set a day just for bi's and tri's hit them hard and heavy, I do Bi's and Tri's on friday as my last workout day. I hit them as hard as i can, 4 exercises and 3-4 sets per exercise.
