and I measured it a few times believe me... I can tell just by feeling my leg... So you dont think I should decrease the weight... I thought that would be better lower the weight and up the reps... hmmm....

no no... I don't want to drop muscle I just don't want to add more... I don't need anymore muscle in my legs.. Just get rid of the little bit of fat hanging around...
I competitively figured skated and played for a rep fast pitch team growing up so yeah my legs are strong...

LOL, sweetheart you DO know that water retention can vary from day to day, from hour to hour, from minute to minute - what you could be feeling is simply water retention from diet, weights, cardio, or even hormones.
Don't stress about a measly .5 increase on ONE measurement.
So true! Individual measurements only tell you what your body was doing at that particular moment in time. Several different measurements, the trends over time, how you feel, how your clothes fit, your level of energy. These are the "trees" that make up the "forest".
