Has anyone every tried to whip of huge shake of say 200g of protein (maybe less) and just sipped it thoughout the day bewtween your normal 6-8 meals?

What about at night? Whipping up a shake and everytime you get up to piss, you knock a little down?

How about peanut butter, or nuts....any food for that matter...so there really is no more than 20-30 min break....constant intake of solid nuritients? Not so much that your bdy cant digest them in time, but a good inflow of protein thoughout the day?

I have tried sipping on whey in between my each meal which was eaten every 1h30mins. It did not seem effective. I think the body needs time to go through the digestion proccess before you put more calories into the system. You would be better off decreasing portion size and eating every 1h 50m or so. Any more than that is overkill in my opinion EXCEPT for taking BCAA's between meals.

VF,
i started eating every 1 1/2 hrs and cutting out the whey shake about 2 weeks ago and it has really speeded up my fat burning!

I take a couple of "mass amino's" tabs every couple of hours to keep the amino's flowing in my blood stream (though only when I'm "on")

It is unreal what a difference it makes. After about 3-4 weeks of that you will notice that you have to increase your calories a bit or you will "flatten" out and lack nutrients needed for growth, fat loss etc.

Hey JK
I eat Tyson chicken strips and the bag contains 150grams of protein. Simply heat it up, put it in a tupperware container and go to work...

I would spread the protein out over all your meals so your body can better use it and use different sources rather all shakes for example. I eat at least six meals a day so not too hard to do that IMO. I go with tuna, egg whites, shakes, beef, chicken, nuts , jerky, milk, etc.
