Hey, I weigh about 170 lbs and am about 5'9, pretty lean... i posted a few times bfore on here about BSN products... anywho, i just started on the BSN Mass Stack Nitrix/Cellmass/NO-Xplode.. And i lift 4-5 days a week.. My diet consists of eggs n wheat toast in morning... turkey or tuna lunch w some salad... steak or some type of fish or meat for dinner w rice... i know im not very specific here, but are these good foods for what im doing? what exactly are COMPLEX carbs anyway, and what is a good source... with the stack im on, it says lots of complex carbs n protein.. What all you dudes think?
