Will be doing a contest on OCT 14. Bench/Squat/Deadlift
I have the following suits
Inzer Phenom Bench Shirt
Inzer Bench Shirt (tight as hell)
Inzer Squat Suit ( Too big need to customize )
Now im on the 5x5 plan right now. So i might have to change things around with the plan.
Today i am going to follow my original 5x5 RAW and then throw the bench shirt on to just get into the groove of things.
Should i stay training raw, and use the suit lightly to just get used to it and use it fully in competiton, ORRR should i train heavy now with it so i can REALLY be readdy for it come competion?
