I know I've. Even slack posting up my diet recently, I've been tracking it with the app on my phone and I've changed it some, I've replaced meat with fish, added in extra beans and nuts. Kept pretty much everything else the same but with a tad more dairy. I'll make sure to post up the past few days' diet soon. For now a little impromptu workout.

10 mins warm up on rowing machine.

Dumbell shoulder press
4x12 @ 10kg

Lateral raises
4x8,10,14,16 @ 10kg

Dips
2x8 partial ROM @ BW
3x8 @ BW
2x8 assisted @ BW-20kg

Press ups - varied hand positions.
1x40
1x30
2x20
2x10
4x5

Lateral raises
4x10,14,16,18 @ 10kg

Dumbell Bicep curls (alternate arm) b
3x12 @ 10kg

Hanging leg raises
4x8,10,12,14
