Hey guys, need some answers. Last week I was doing pause reps with 385lbs on the bench. My last set on the 5 rep I felt a pop on the right side of my peck where the peck and armpit meets. A lil light bruise showed up where it happened at for a day than went away. I'm able to flex my peck with no pain and did chest this past week with no pain just went light. Any clue on what happened?
