Chest\Bi's & Back\Tri's

I am going to swap my routine around, just to keep my body guessing...

At the moment i do:

MON: chest\tris

TUE: back\bis


I want to swap to this:

MON: chest\bis
TUE: back\tris

Would this be overtraining my bi's as i suppose i would be hitting them on the back workout?
 
I think thats a very good idea. If possible can you put a rest day in between MON and TUES. This will ensure rest for your biceps. Another train of thought is that if you hit bis on monday when it comes time to do back on tues, your bis will have less of a roll in your back workout. Either way, its a good concept and one in which I employ frequently. LOL
 
well i would be doing legs\shoulders on Thurs so i would be hitting tri's 2 days on the trot - mmm - you cant win them all!! hehe!
 
You do legs with shoulders, sorry mate but your obviously not training with enought intensity. Legs deserve a day to themselves as they are so demanding
