Stats and leg shot.

Make sure your dark for show to hid the tatts. I have no problem, but some judges will mark down if they feel they are hiding or distoring the muscel.

In the first photo, pull your shoulders back, a little to square the chest. Remember to pose for the judges, not the crowd. Remember the judges, they sit one level below, and if your pose is for the guy in the creap seat, the judge can't really see you ar your best.
Pulling the shoulder back will also lift the chest, and show the abs.

How about a real lat shot too. You look like you have some wings, but they might be high. If so, since you have a REAL tight waist, make the lats appear lower, y using your hands to shortn the distance from bottom of lat to posing suit. Make sure to get hte x-mass tree to pop out too.

3 weeks. Keep the food where you have it. If your too thin (and being in service, your always running anyway), you might dropp too far, and look stringy.

My show is in northern Japan. Next year i plan on doing a circuit over here. And a major comp in the states . I am 6 foot and I am right at contest weight at 195. 32 in waist 18 inch arms I orginally started in powerlifting so I am strong as a ox. my offseason lifts are 425 bench press 550 squats and 575 deadlift. I read alot and no alot about bodtbuilding. So just ask!!!!!!!!!!!
