Pain is your body's way of telling you something's not right, so don't push through it!My shoulders hurt like hell when i do overhead presses or an arnold press. Last time put my shoulder out for a week and now I'm afraid to do them again. Are there any alternatives? Or maybe just use a lot less weight? Now that I'm writing this I'm thinking, maybe I should check my form.
